Food Handler Certification

Chef Clip ArtThe Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) Rule 410 IAC 7-22 took effect January 1, 2005.

Establishments which meet menu requirements are required to have at least one certified food handler on staff. If you have questions regarding your establishments need for a certified food handler please contact the Health Department at 219-465-3525.
