Installment due dates are always May 10th for the spring installment and November 10th for the fall installment. If the due date falls on a weekend, the due date will be the next business day after the weekend or holiday.
Under Indiana Law (IC.6-1.1-37-10), all payments received by the Treasurer's office AFTER that applicable installment’s due date are considered late UNLESS:
Your properly addressed payment envelope has sufficient postage and CLEARLY displays a United States Post Mark dated on or prior to the due date. Please note that the date printed by in-house postage meters (such as Pitney-Bowes) is not accepted as proof of on-time mailing We recommend that you walk in to the Post Office and asked for a hand stamped post mark.
Your properly address payment is deposited with a nationally recognized express parcel carrier; verified by the express parcel carrier as paid in full for final delivery; and received by the express parcel carrier on or before the due date.
